Find Latin love this Valentine’s Day at La Hacienda. The first course is Sopa de Calabaza, a roasted butternut squash soup with crispy pork belly, chipotle yogurt crema and a Granny Smith apple. Couples can nibble on Empanadas de Langosta y Camaron, lobster and shrimp empanadas with a black bean puree, chile arbol and watercress. For the third course, the taste-buds are tantalized with a Filete a la Parilla – grilled filet mignon, sweet corn and rajas tamal, crab fondue, roasted mushrooms and an Oaxacan chile demi. The evening finishes with an Almond Leche Flan de Fresas, a rich almond custard with caramelized strawberries. As an added treat, “El Amor Ambassador” will be offering a complimentary rose to each senorita dining at the restaurant.

The four-course menu begins with a lobster cauliflower bisque with seared day boat scallops and an early spring vegetable ragu. Next is a savory, wild striped bass with fava beans and a champagne nage. For the third course, guests savor a bone-in cowboy steak, Maine lobster mac & cheese and Brussels sprouts with a bacon marmalade. The evening ends on a lusciously sweet note with raspberry lemongrass cheesecake.

If couples would like to experience an over-the-top culinary adventure Valentine’s Day (or any day) a la carte suggestions at BOURBON STEAK include the choice of A-5 Japanese Kobe Beef accompanied with a trio of truffled mac & cheese, shitake mushrooms, citrus broccolini and Brussels sprouts for $175 per person. This dinner could be paired with Krug ‘Clos du Mesnil’ Blanc de Blancs 1996 for $2,520 a bottle and the decadent sweet ending of a Bourbon Bar dessert for $9 each.

Steak and seafood lovers will take a walk on the romantic side with this four-course meal. For the first course, guests choose between organic tender greens or a classic Caesar salad. This culinary adventure continues with a trio of smoked rainbow trout brandade, ahi tuna sashimi and crab cake bites. The main course is a savory grilled filet mignon and 6 oz. lobster tail with pan roast asparagus and rosti potatoes. The last course indulges the senses with a chocolate blackout cake with a ganache drizzle.

The entrée choices are grilled rainbow trout with crisp potatoes and asparagus, braised rabbit with chestnut agnolotti, veal breast roast with trumpet mushrooms, carrots and parsley gnocchi or 24-hour beef short ribs served with creamy buttered potatoes, roast roots and Burgundy truffle sauce. For dessert, apricot tarte tatin accompanied by homemade vanilla ice cream or coconut panna cotta with organic raspberries and caramelized coconut.
